At AVA & GRACE NYC™, we strive to keep our customers satisfied. However, we understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return an item. This document clearly outlines our return policy.
Conditions for Returns

A return request may only be submitted after the item has been physically received.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping fees.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all labels and tags still attached.

Trying on an item is permitted; wearing an item is not allowed.

Returns of products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning them are not permitted.
Return Process

Submit your return request by emailing info@avagracenyc.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will receive the return address of our supplier (located in China).

The item must be returned entirely at your own expense, including any shipping, customs, or handling fees.

We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and its condition has been approved, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the original payment method.
Liability

We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking information shows that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Providing an incorrect shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.

Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
